  • Single-story, multi-tenant, flex industrial/office business parks (no single tenant properties)
  • Industrial properties of all types
  • $10,000,000 minimum transaction size / up to $100M
  • Low, medium or high occupancy – but seeking future potential cash flow growth
  • Unencumbered (we will consider debt assumption under the right circumstances)
  • Not more than 30 years in age
  • Below replacement cost
